Coming in 2027 - TransAmerica Trail Project

In 2027, I will be cycling 4253 miles across the US on the TransAmerica Trail! I will be documenting my trip on social media and in a blog that calls attention to the numerous anti trans laws that have been passed in the states through which the trail passes. 

For the past ten years I have been working on a memoir about my upbringing and escape from a fanatical, evangelical christian cult. This TransAmerica adventure will be the culmination of a personal journey that will coincide with the completion of my book. I am looking to collaborate with a filmmaker to help document my journey and am currently welcoming inquiries.

This project will also include a pledge per mile fundraiser for the Grand Rapids Trans Foundation.
